2010 Annual Meeting Vendor Show
The Credit Union League of Connecticut would like to invite you to exhibit at our 2010 Annual Meeting Vendor Show on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at the Aqua Turf in Plantsville, Southington, CT. This will be a great opportunity for you to promote your company’s products and services to Connecticut credit union CEOs, board of directors, and management.
The Vendor Show will be held in Kay’s Pier North Room. Please note that the Show runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may begin setup on Tuesday, April 6th at 6:30 a.m. and breakdown at 5:00 p.m.

This year we have changed the day’s agenda to include maximum exposure time for our exhibitors. The only meeting in session in the morning is our Annual Business Meeting from 9:30 – 10:15 a.m., and in the afternoon when we will have a keynote speaker from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. That will give exhibitors a total of 5˝ hours of exclusive exposure time to promote and demonstrate products and services to approximately 200 credit union attendees.
Also new this year are three sponsorship opportunities that will highlight your organization’s exposure. (Please refer to sponsorship details on the Registration Form.)
In order to attract attention to your booth you may want to get creative with special attention-getters. Last year one company had a Wii game set up and another had a massage therapist giving 5-minute massages in a massage chair. Both booths were very popular all day long!
Virtual Vendor Show on Our Web Site
As an added bonus, show exhibitors will be included in The Credit Union League’s Virtual Vendor Show on our Web site (www.culct.coop). Your company profile will be featured on our Web site from March 1, 2010 through June 30, 2010. We’ll also include a live link to your own Web site. If you are unable to exhibit at the Vendor Show, we’ll be happy to include your company profile on our Web site for a nominal cost.
Pricing
The price for a booth is $1,350, and includes a 6-foot draped and skirted table with two chairs, continental breakfast, and an invitation to the Tuesday evening Cocktail Reception. If you register for the Early Bird Special you will receive your booth for a 20% discounted rate of $1,080. All Early Bird Registrations must be received on or before January 15, 2010 to receive the special 20% discount. Upon receipt of the registration forms and check, you will be sent specific details on shipping, power requests, and hotel accommodations in the area.
